I have been coming to the Birmingham Grosvenor Casino since it opened which is now well over 10 years. The staff have always been fantastic and last night my wife and I went for a meal in the restaurant as a last minute idea due our normal Michelin stared restaurants being booked due to being a last minute arrangement. All we can say is thank you. The food was out of this world and even with desert and drinks we spent 1/3rd of what we would have and enjoyed the food just as much, if not better!
I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street Station, but it's very convenient for a lot of the major attractions in the city. Staff at check-in were really welcoming. I did spend quite a lot of time during my stay waiting for lifts, which I guess is just a downside of it being a big, high-rise hotel with lots of guests. The room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated (especially the bathroom). What really bothered me was that I'd paid extra for an upper-floor room to get views of Glasgow casino the city, but the windows were FILTHY.

Also we had a club room on the 22nd floor this gave us access to free drinks ???? absolutely any drink and delicious food and deserts well worth paying the extra the club room is lovely overlooking the city.

Great stadium for cricket matches T20 finals, difficulty getting in on match day large queues but good facilities inside all roads closed so getting a taxi after game you have to walk to we’re the road is open and it’s very busy pre order if possible.

Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.
This is a great place to watch cricket. Fabulous atmosphere, plenty of food and drink options available and great staff/stewards. It's a very family friendly venue too as there is a family stand (no alcohol allowed) and tickets are very reasonably priced.

If it was raining we would have got very very wet!!!! But apart from that still an amazing location and lovely hotel.
The parking is free and is quite big. I normally go here on the weekend and in the afternoon I never had to wait for parking, always been able to find a spot straight away. Overall it's a good place where you could easily spend a whole day.
I would use it for cricket if teams were playing that l was a fan of. Overall l recommended this place for events especially due to It's central location. Parking is available and there's plenty of it.
